I recently upgraded to R56 front brakes so I'm selling my old front brakes.

These calipers originally came off of another 2006 R53 so I'm not sure of actual mileage, but I'd estimate that they have seen less than 75,000 miles total. I only used them for about 7,500 miles, including six track days last summer. (I'd get them rebuilt if they were going to see more track time. Not hard to do if you take your time.) I also recommend getting new bolts to attach the carrier to the hub, MINI part number 34116772428 "COLLAR SCREW - M12X1,5X32 ZNS3". You'll need 4 and they're about $3 each. Calipers were recently repainted with high temperature ceramic caliper paint and include brass guide bushings. The brass bushings alone are over $50 new.

Rotors are cross drilled and came from Turnermotorsport. They measure 0.855 and 0.854 inches thick respectively or about 98% remaining (new is 0.866 and wear limit is 0.748 inches thick.)

    Brake Pads:
I have a new set of Mintex Xtreme brake pads as well as a used set (not pictured) with 0.30-0.355 inches (65%) of pad material remaining.

I also have a used set of Hawk HP Plus pads. They measure between 0.36 and 0.40 inches of pad remaining (52-58%).

Pricing (including shipping to lower 48):
Buy the whole lot (calipers with bushings, rotors, and 3 sets of brake pads): $200

    A la carte:
Calipers with brass bushings (no pads): $90
    Mintex Xtreme Brake Pads, 2 sets -- 1 new/1 used: $35
Hawk HP Plus Pads, 1 set, used: $45
    Rotors: $90

More and larger photos at the bottom of this set.
Paypal preferred. PM if interested or if you have any questions.

I'm interested in the pads. However I must know the condition of the rotor they mated with. Were there any grooves or ridges you could feel on the rotor? I've really just about had it with my greenstuff. And want to turn my rotors since my ebc tore them up as they cracked so I'll need a fairly smooth surfaced pads.

Here's a larger photo of the pads. They are fairly flat. You can see a little chunking in the upper right.
You can see the rotors they were mated with here at this link (or better yet, buy them both )
They were drilled rotors which are always a little wavy, but not deeply grooved. Hope that helps.

I don't need drilled rotors lol. I want contact patch and I like my slots for the extra bite. But my ebcs dont. How much are you asking on the pads?
