I'm NOT a happy camper at the moment. Package should've arrived this past week; no info or response to my emails or phone calls, so I filed a dispute with Paypal. Now my account at the vendor's website shows that the payment has been refunded, but when I cross-reference it to the Paypal account, no refund is reflected and it hasn't been refunded to my credit card, either! What REALLY irks me the most is that the vendor's website still shows 956 units available for purchase! As soon as the funds are returned to me I will be issuing refunds.
I just got off the phone with Paypal; two things will happen no later than 02/20/11: 1. Vendor responds to Paypal's request for explanation and the merchandise is shipped out. 2. Vendor doesn't respond at all and the refund is immediately processed. The rep at Paypal (Adam) stated that Paypal froze the funds and the vendor doesn't have access to the funds at all. This truly sucks and I feel like I've let everyone down.
This is not your fault. You jumped on it & got the funds frozen saving everyone in this group buy some grief. You have done well. I suggest if they do not show up, set up another group buy with GoMINIgo for their brake light pulser. They are a M/A sponsor.
