So this summer has held a few surprises for me this year. Since I was let go by my employer in early June I spent a good deal of time doing things around the house.

One evening as the sun went down I thought that my wife's garden needed watering. As a result of too many frosty cold adult beverages, I tripped over the garden hose and went full Pete Rose stealing home.

The result; torn rotator, torn bicep, and some loose calcium etc floating around in there.

I elected to wait until I had a job with insurance before having it fixed. Got it all done on Wed. and have been having a Percocet party ever since.

Post surgery is a diff type of pain than what I put up with this summer.

On the upside it seems that I made a good choice to buy my VW GTI DSG. Should make driving easier.

Jeff hope you mend fast. It's going to be tough watching your wife shovel snow. :shovel:
