Chuck, I am amazed you pulled yourself away to post that, good man.
Now, next time take the brie, cut it in half, spread apricot preserves between the two halves, put it back together and wrap it in pie crust. Bake until golden brown and then spread on water crackers. My wife makes that a lot and it is wonderful.
