    Small cars are popular in Europe not so much in the states. It's good for MINI they are popular on the other side of the pond. Although that won't help MINI USA.

    100% Agree... and way better than the original BMW SMG cars which were single plate. It took some real getting used to especially when driving slowly.

    I will only give up my Manual car for a Cayman S or above trim level with PDK.

    I'll try and find it. I believe mini may have actually heard the cry from the gear heads. I am surprised if they are really listing. but maybe.

    Well did anyone see the GP3 at the NY auto show? Does it have the pizza slicer fender flares? Does it have the basset hound droopy rear wing? Does it come in a 4 door & SUV variant? :confused:

    I really don't like the way that the new GP looks. I get that there had to be compromises from the concept to production, but it just doesn't look good at all. The flares look really cheap and almost as an after thought. However, I wouldn't mind the 300 horses under the hood.

    Well, it's off the list. Automatic slushbox confirmed. Same shifter lever the BMW uses for that useless 8 speed auto.

    That ZF 8 speed is a trash gearbox.

    Out of curiosity why is it trash? Reliability? I've only experienced it briefly in a loner and I found that it shifted much better than the auto in our clubby.
