Bridgestone Blizzak WS70 215/45-17 on some wheels I picked up for a song a few years ago before moving to Ohio knowing I would need a winter wheel/tire package at some point.

What a difference in cold weather travel. The car no longer jumps half a lane on bridge transitions and can move at more than 1/2 mph in the snow without understeer or wheelspin.

Discount Tire comes through yet again.

I have never driven in this weather with summer only tires. I can imagine it is terrifying. Glad to see you got your new winter shoes, should be able to go anywhere now...

Blizzaks are definitely the right answer for getting around in the winter, a friend put a set on his MCS a few weeks ago and was amazed how easily it went up his long steep driveway covered with ice!

    Good choice.

I'm running the Conti DWS all seasons and so far I found they work pretty well, but they're no Blizzaks!

We're getting about 6" of fresh fluff today, but I don't need to go anywhere till the weekend so I don't care.....
