Welp I was wrong. I have another week of Jeepish type vehicle. I could of traded it for a Chevy Sonic. Heh...
I figure if the car is done and back to me on Friday we will get lots of snow here in Columbus this weekend. Conversely, if I still have the "jeep thingie" it will not snow.
Just don't get into a wreck in the snowstorm on the way home from getting your car.... There I said it...according to Murphys law it can't happen!!
I watched a "Pimp My Ride: Where are they now?" episode where they went back to a dozen of the cars that had been "Pimped" and showed how they had been maintained and how they were treated. One was still in great shape, because the owner bought a POS to daily drive. 9 of them were beaten to hell because the owners didn't take care of them... dented, scratched, worn, unmaintained and stuffed to the gills with junk food wrappers. The other 2 had a sadder story. They were both totaled while the owner was DRIVING THEM HOME FROM THE TV SET!
Here is that Episode [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7Pw-1vCj58"]Pimp My Ride 6x01 Where Are They Now (Full Episode) - YouTube[/ame]
Checked in the MINI, it's be next week. I am taking the winter wheels over to be put on so I won't have to drive home in the snow we now will not get since I'll be prepared.
He has been spotted climbing small piles of snow with this "Thingie" in the neighborhood... He stopped by the shop asking if I could fabricate two dangling metal balls he wants to hang from the rear bumper... He's been heard using "YeeHaw" when ending sentences.... It's embarrassing... I think he's grown attached to this awful vehicle... He seems to be exhibiting MINI withdrawal issues...
Time for an intervention Chuck! I'll bring the donuts & you bring the chains & metal balls to whip him with.
Thanks, down about 70lbs from when you saw me in person last. Goal is to be down another 40 or so when you see me at next at MOTD.
