I agree all the best parts in the world do not mean diddly if the machine work & assembly are sloppy. I stand by my statement that one can mod any car until it is not so hot. Wasn't pointing out any particular parts just about pushing the envelope too far.

Congrats on the new parts from Jan and with the addition of Chad doing the rebuild job you should be in very good hands nad have a great running car for years. Did you save your fried rings and jacked up valves for the tree of shame? :idea::devil::ihih::lol: I put old parts on the tree of shame every year to show respect to the Dragon in the hopes that I will not add parts from my car the week we are there all having fun. It's like good karma and has worked for me the last few years. You never want to be "that Guy".
Wow! Crankshaft condom..... :lol: How id=s the machine work coming along Nathan? It has been my experience that the machine work takes the longest.
Nothing new to report only that the old crank is on it's way back for the core deposit. Quite nice of Jan to waive the core charge trusting that I would have it sent back quickly. Thanks for handling that so swiftly Chad.
