It never broke down, never leaked oil, and could outrun any 2 ltr. Had a 1776 ci engine, stock transmission, front disc brakes and a load of other stuff that I've forgotten. AAH...for the days without computers.
That looks like a full restore.. looks great. Those bad boys are going up in value also. Did you see VW is releasing a new version of it? We can set you up in other car builds for this one.
