ive been using it on the Droid for a while. Nice to have so I dont have to ask "What are you up to?" only to find that they are in Kentucky... Ill know right away lol
it shoes where your "friends" are... GPS based with map(s). I've used it for rally's, cruises, etc...
Can you turn it off when you don't want your friends to know where you are (like the strip club or Taco Hell)?
I guess maybe I'm just too old and crotchety to understand all this social networking stuff's appeal, even tho I am on MySpacebook.....or one of those. I do it so I can get regular new pics of my grandkids!
Stuff like this scares me. The potential for abuse by the Big Brother and it's marketing arm is too much for my comfort.
I use it with some friends on my Blackberry Storm 2 and now Droid X. On the Blackberry it was usually several miles off but it did let you know what city you were in at least. Now we all have Droid X's and it is pretty accurate most of the time. Its a pretty cool program and I like it much more on android then I did on Blackberry.
