Yes she is. She is doing very well driving a manual but still is not completely comfortable. I am enjoying riding in it:D

Nice buy! I have been away a bit, so nice to see you expanding the stable. Of course, you will regret selling the helmet, but it will be close for rides and consulting. Yes, a nice clean 2006 JCW R53 is your desired color is the ticket, you just need to find a good one. They do come up as you can on BAT and other places, maybe even local club members who are aging out. Sad but true folks.

Nice buy and looks in great shape, I do hope your wife is sharing a few drives and not just keep it full clean and running. I do like a nice bug too.

Yes it is for now. I need to sale the MB but don’t know when I will. My younger son just got his first professional job so he is wanting to buy the Helmet. He loves that car. The Mustang we got him at 16 look just like the day we got it when I sold it 5 years later. He really takes care of his stuff and he is a big gear head so I am glad to see him get it. But that won’t be till after training. If he gets it I may hang onto the MB. but an R53 may be nice also.

I loved VW bugs. Can't remember how many I've had. Maybe a couple of dozen. Heck they were cheap as chips back in the day. My last one was 73 that I rallied for a bit.

Stop torturing yourself…just clear out all the unneeded rides and get the R53 of your dreams and be done with it. Easy-peasy…..and you don’t have to thank me for the great advice.

That’s great because no matter how many photos you look at you just never know until you see it in person.
