Got my Gyeon kit did the car and also had pro shield pant protection film installed full hood, bumper, headlights, door handle pockets, and door edge. The front yellow grill bar is carbon fiber vinyl wrapped mirrors on Monday. I'll post some pics when the mirrors are done. I really like the carbon vinyl look.

I think I will carbon fiber wrap the yellow mirrors.
Cant feel the weight at least not in a bad way it will out-handle the 2004 and 2013 minis we have. The weight is down low .-

670 miles so far.
The way im driving it almost all 70+ mph highway heat on the heated seat on lights on. I'm getting about 90 miles per full charge.
I have not run it down lower than around 30% so that's a guess based on how the first 70% goes.
I charge at work drive home 32 miles I have been preconditioning the car on the battery in the mornings so that takes some range away as well then drive in 32 miles. That puts it about about 30% when I plug in. Its full by around 1:30 on 3.2 kw level 2 charge I will get a 7.4 kw at some point.
I have not had a chance to try a dc fast charge yet probably won't until the virus numbers come down I'm mostly only going to work and back. Did do some Sunday driving but seeing as how I don't even have to go to a gas station I didn't feel bad about it just me and the car left home returned home.
I assume performance mods will come after the cars are out for a while. Its very quick as is but it does limit the torque when you first step on it. I assume some limiting is needed to protect the motor mounts and such the instant torque of electric could break stuff.-

I am happy that it will precondition off the battery when you want it to like having a remote start. You can turn it on from a phone app or set timers I have not looked to see if it can be activated from key fob or not.-

it comes with a 110 charger. I bought a 220 off amazon with a 14-50 style plug as i have that at work and at home for the air compressor.
The 110 charger will only keep up with about 30 miles a day of driving as it takes over 20 hours to charge from 0 to 100% on 110 so unless you don't drive much or everyday you need a level 2 charger. Level 2 only takes 4 hours or less.
Also the car can accept dc fast charge I tried one the other day to see how it worked it was a charge point station and charged at 50kw I added like 20 miles of range in a couple of minuts. But it cost more than gasoline if your on the road and in a hurry its fine but other than that I don't know.-

I had a friend that had a Volt. He would have the heater in the winter or the AC in the summer come on before he got in the car. He said he really liked that feature on it. Summer down here, that would be nice to get in a car that the AC was already cooling the car. It use to take forever to cool off my R53. The helmet is not as bad but you're still ringing wet by the time it cools off.

When it comes time to update my current daily driver (which barely moves now w/ my wife WFH during the COVID mess), I might think about something like this... a small electric car for local commute. My current is a Volvo XC60 (smaller cross-over) that has 50k miles and is over 10 years old. It has only every had one small issue (an AC leak) and has been over-serviced, so it will probably run another 10+ years.
