    Thanks all, I'm working on more varieties.

    I made a blackberry habanero the other day that came out freaking awesome. I screwed up and left it on the stove too long. It has a caramel type texture with incredibly deep flavors.

    Loved blueberry and ginger. I was out somewhere and saw keylime and cayenne pepper. Not sure about that.

    I meant to pm you. I had the strawberry vanilla cognac. It was amazing. I had it gone in a weekend. I didn't quite taste the cognac... More vanilla. But it was delicious.

    Your goods are jam up & jelly tight. I'm hooked on Blueberry Ginger. I've yet to sample the Strawberry Cognac.
