    Well, considering I'm buying a R53...

I might have to add these to my parts list.

I agree wilt CCT 100% on this one...

You're going to want every bit of caster you can get out of the plates, but it still needs checked and evened out at the alignment shop.
Camber, I'm currently running 2.3 front and 1.5 rear, which is overkill for the driving I do with the Rat now... When I can, I will be having the fronts dialed out to around 1.7~1.5 depending on cap temperature after some testing, and the rear will probably be able to be dropped to around a 1.0.

I am at 0 toe both front and rear now, but will be adding a smidge of toe out on the next go round.

Yes my current setup is amazing if I can get the tires hot enough... On the Dragon thats no problem, they turn straight to glue before I hit the state line running from Hellbender up...

However, most of the canyons I play in here are too spread out, or there's too much traffic / rolling cones to get the heat to stay in them... The toe will chew the tires up more than camber, but a side effect is they get warmer faster. [emoji6]

Colin, will these work with your coil overs, or are they only for shocks/springs?

Yeah, that's a good question. I know the Vorschlags require different top plate adapters for coils, OE struts and inverted monotubes like Bilstein

The goal is to have them work with stock as well as the coilovers.
I can guarantee they will work with my coilovers/bc shocks though.
if that goes well we will go on to doing monoball rear top mounts to eliminate that source of binding.

I'm scratching my head. Why isn't this done already? We've been begging for years for plates that can adjust castor, here they are, and there aren't enough people? If you're riding the fence and this fall apart, you're going to be kicking yourself if you understand what you just lost out on....

OK, I'm in and have placed an order for a set of these R53 Caster/Camber plates...I'll install them when I do a conversion to a set of Colin's coilovers this coming winter.

    Best Regards,
    Cliff

Camber/Caster plates good. Yum. You want them. Buy them. Even if you don't have a suspension they will fit, quite yet.

My Helix plates are still fine too, but they don't have the caster.

Exactly why I chose to build my R53, and not get that Exiege S240 in 2010. [emoji41]

Ive got 5/10 I am half way there, And really id be open to up to 12 if someone wanted to get in on the tail, however it looks like momentum is not good for this.
part of the problem is i did a poor job building interest.
    So its getting there slowly.
