From what I can see in the pictures from the OP the guy working on your car has no idea how too adjust coil-overs.

Hey Bump... where in the world are you? If you are near Charlotte, NC, I'd be happy to have you swing by to see what we can do together.

Any resolution?

BumpDaddy, Now that I can see the entire shock, those look like Colin’s new coil overs, Gen 2. They will not look like mine, Fishmonger’s, or Agranger’s and the setup may be different. A friend of mine was running them at the dragon this year. I would still say his car was sitting lower than mine. Nice setup but the info you are getting on this thread may not apply.
I do like that the rear adjuster is accessible outside the car. -
Even if photos of our setup don't help, I can see a lot of threads on these "Gen2" coilovers that can get dropped to get it leveled. For sure, whoever installed them did not set them as low they can go.

@fishmonger Nice of you to help! I cant wait to hear how this ends.

So it looks like the upper tube, the threaded part in "coil at fish 2.jpg" is too long. Is the strut up in there? I'd think you could put the lock nuts all the way up (to the left in the photo), cut off the threads and then remove the lock nuts to straighten out any threads that got mangled in the cutting. Thanks for the update... looking forward to a resolution.

Agree. If it doesn't work than it doesn't work, call Colin.

Seriously, what could raise a car over an inch from stock when coilover's are attached? Are your lower control arms too long? Can that even be a factor to make that big of a difference that the three of us could get it so wrong?
