I love MINIs classic & new, but not too new. That being said Mini MINI is not the paragon of reliability either. Anyone who buys a MINI or a Fiat is a fool if they expect the same Maytag like reliability of an boring appliance car. It's all about enjoying your flavor of car & accepting it for the fun it is. I like the Abarth just fine, but if I bought one I'd worry about how long they will be here to supply parts to my mechanic Tony.

This just in... Tony has now retired at the ripe old age of 87, after fixing Fiat 500s time and time again since their inception in 1957.
