I think there are a few good shops in the Chicago area. If you service your car at the dealership, you can have it installed by the dealer as part of one of the inspection services. If you bring your own parts, the dealer may (at least they do that where I am) bury the labor cost as part of the regular service...which is pretty expensive already anyways.
