Love the 4th still! Miss working though as we were always so busy.... Something about that day brings out the moron in some after adding ETOH. :lol: Plan to be back home by the 2nd or 3rd at the latest. Party every year at our house, as we live 2 blocks from the high school's aerial extravaganza. It's a kind of a must arrive by then sort'a thing.
Hope it's not too dry to have fireworks in the valley. You guys need some of this rain we are getting here in the Midwest.

Thursday July 3 is Red, White and Boom here in Columbus, with a rain date of July 4th. I'll take my folding chair and walk to the end of my street to watch the show. Friday is the Doo Dah Parade in my hood too, the rain date is July 3 for the parade. Local folks are welcome to come by and join me. I have parking. Just let me know. Was planing to take the boat out on the 4th. But on the way home from the lake yesterday I blew a tire. I saw it in the rear view marrow. The tire looked new, I was only doing 70. I'll be out of town till the 4th so I won't be able to get e new one in time
Happy 4th July (and that's from a Brit!!!) I should have a 3 day weekend to enjoy. So I am going to pamper the one I love for all of the joy that she brings me throughout the year, and when I have finished detailing the M1N1, I will spend some time with my wife.

Dave, stay away from tour busses too. Two tour buses for a Styx and Foreigner concert turned into vehicular torches early Wednesday afternoon in Philly ... TMZ has learned. It's unclear how the fire started, but we're told one bus went up in flames ... and the fire spread to the second vehicle. They must be hot blooded, check it and see.
Every one enjoy there 4th of July. We are going to the fireworks at Ft Jackson. They do a good fire work show.
Well I thought I would be headed to the lake or BBQing today. When I was told to get a jet out of heavy maintanes yesterday I know it was not good. So here I am stuck in Jasksonvill with a broke aircraft till Saturday. :mad2: end of pity party To the first patriots that sacrificed to free us, the men and women in the service(some far from home), the first responders that run into burning buildings or run to gunshots when everyone runs away, and to God who has blessed our great country.
