Jim that is funny I was reading that while hearing about my brother in law who crashed around 2. Since you are posting now I will assume you are not in jail, the same can not be said for my brother in law It has been an interesting 2011 so far to say the least.
Man I'm glad I stopped drinking.... Sorry to hear of your brother in laws troubles, grateful it's not me. There was a time when I was *that* brother in law/brother/son that had to be bailed out often Happy New Year to all!
