I haven't wrecked my MINI but a telephone poll just jumped out in front of another car I had back when I was 18. Damn gravel in the corner.

I always have a tow strap in the car. Every car in the family has one along with tools, flairs and fix a flat.

As I had reported a couple years back, I got hit by a clueless female who ran the 4-way stop sign four blocks from my house...

    Quite the pricey flesh wound.

The main issue was he driving on Saturday. We have a rule in our small group that we do not drive on Saturday because that's when stupid things happen.
Saturday is rookie day and the area is packed with cars and it's best to not Drive on Saturday. Plus it's a good day to hang out at Fontana visit the vendors and friends. We like to relax and rest up for our long drive home early Sunday morning which takes about 10 + hours.
