    So how long until the R56 gets a "tear-down, re-build" book? I've been patient...:mad2:

    Sorry gang... Wrong thread (obviously)

As much as it would be nice to blame the wrong thread on the OP...we can't. Due to some rewrite rules I had placed on the URL's to make them more search engine friendly all the forums with the same name such as 1st and 2nd gen Cooper S all pointed to the 1st gen area. That has been fixed now thanks to gregd who first reported the issue.

On Topic...who knows, maybe contact Bentley and see if thay have something in the works..

In the meantime, you can get the BMW TIS manual on DVD from eBay for $10. It's what the Bentley manual is based on anyway.

You can also purchase access to the TIS site BMW TIS EPA Requires IE 5.0 + or Netscape 6.0, doesn't work at all in FF.

Be sure you are sitting down when you see the cost of access.

The site does give you access to a lot of information not available elsewhere. I've mostly seen people buy a one-day access for $30 and download everything they'll need for a particular project.

VERY cool! If and when Haynes comes out with one it will be northwards of $100+

    Thanks!!
