I did mine on jack stands also. It was a major pain. It was like a puzzle. I think if I do it agin I would drop the sub fram a little

 

I still need to look into what to replace the exhaust on mine with... the 3" actually causes a loss in power plus the drone wears you out... will be doing that once I get these updates done.

 

I think 2.5 is the right size for Mini.
