    11 years -- isn't that crazy? It must be love because it only feels like 5 years :blush2:. Thanks for the invite but we are leaving on Thursday. My wife is looking for an excuse to use her vacation time. I just made the reservation, got the MINI Cooper group rate. I was reassured when she didn't respond with "MINI who?".

    Let's definitely grab some of that MINI wine and toast to our continued marrital "bliss?":biggrin5:

    "Send to Car" Tip - MINI Connected

    This is just a nit but I thought I might save someone else 10 minutes of frustration. Google maps doesn't like the Helendorf hotel address. You'll only get options to "Send to Mail or Phone" if you google the address. You can, however, use the Alpine Village Shoppes location:
    8016 S Main Street
    Helen, GA 30545
    That address allows you to "Send to Car".

    It doesn't like the address due to the fact the one on the map is in Helen MT. I hope they have fixed it by now.

    I need to transfer my Riverfront reservation for Friday/Saturday night to someone who could use it. $79.00/night. Reservation = $79.00 Currently suffering from pleurisy which makes it nearly impossible for me to attend the event. Plus, Schultze isn't back from the shop from accident repairs...

    The GA MINIACS are meeting early Saturday morning and doing a roundabout trip up through the twisties to the winery for the photo.

    We are meeting at 7:45AM with an 8:15AM departure.

    We are also doing a run around Lake Burton to a restaurant over on Lake Rabun after the photo for lunch. The restaurant is *supposed* to be open, but we will have a backup plan for eats, just in case! :biggrin5:

    Any and all are welcome to join us!

    Johngo how far is that from the hotel or will yall be coming thru the area where the hotel is?

    We end up at the winery, which is near the hotel, I believe. I am not sure where exactly the hotel is. We begin our initial run down towards Atlanta. We have a group coming in from all over the metro area.
