The Wildebeest Saw Jesus to get a head. Long story short. Don't port your own head without knowing where the coolant jackets are. I had a crack in my Cyl 1 and Cyl 2 exhaust ports that were leaking coolant into my exhaust ports and cylinders. I finally found it and ended up replacing the head with Jan's Jesus head. All is good in life now.

I have a brand new liquid/Air intercooler design that we are going to try on the car shortly. That alone will yeild good HP increases and consistancy over the stock intercooler presently on the car.

After that I'll be looking into a big valve head and cam package. Currently I have a slightly ported JCW head with a stock cam. To me the car feels very close to 300whp and high 12sec 1/4mi.

That's ok save up for it. It's well worth it and a lot cheaper than buy 2 crap heads.

Awesome!! This is really an impressive feat with all that has been done to the little engine. I hope to see the car again in the near future. Keep up the great work.

Ask Eric about Jan's head. Jan can hook you up with the best big valve head on the market and he has some crazy cam's available too.

    Give him a call.

As promised. The lower curve is the first pull. The car didn't make as much boost as it did on the street so we bumped it up (from 19psi to 21psi). We also leaned it out from very rich 10:1 to the now 12:1 AFR.

Eric, just curious, can you feel much of a difference in driving between the 2 setups & which do you prefer?

Well I am Anthony, but I will say that this car has a ton of TQ and pulls hard to redline. Also I have the turbo wastegate set to throttle position. The turbo doesn't reall kick in until 4/5ths.

Do you mean between a Full-Monty Jesus head car and this car?
