Funny thing is it rides much better but is louder than the Mini. Louder than the Mini with the intake it has a real thump and whistle of turbo and boxerness. The suspension setup is spot on midcorner bumps are soaked up really well.
I love my dogs too. They have been tired lately because of walking around so much...maybe I need to get some type of arch support shoes
Speaking of love & Subaru's..... Those WRX's have a very nice suspender setup with a lot of travel. Very good on forest roads.
It's all OK on the Mid Ohio forum. We love all cars. Especially Scooby's with big honking turbos. :ihih:
Glad the WRX passed the Chuck test. This is now the Mid Ohio Motoring in a MINI or a Scoobie forum where we talk about food and dogs.
Possibly??? We live where no one has gone before!!! I am currently trying to decide where would be the best place for the Crusty Seal of Approval. Might have to see if the Outmotoring plate add on will work on the WRX. Jason I assume you can make a Fear the WRX badge???
Let's see, twice the traction about 55 more horses, yep it's pretty deep. Allen you need a fear the Scooby badge.
The B9 bomber beast is getting a new battery tomorrow. It's chugging on starting sometimes and I've lost my clock and radio stations once or twice. Seems fishy so I'm just yanking it outta there.
Two things: One, Just passed a Countryman on High St. -- the red/orange color + road salt. Second, my Sube was leaving me little signs it was not happy (clock, radio station memory, an occasional roughish start). I made an appt at the dealer to get a new one -- with my Sube free point$. I drive in. They put on my flashers to indicate I was waiting for it -- maybe 10 minutes at the most. The mechanic gets in to move it to the back..... DEAD!:lol::lol::lol::lol: He says to the service mgr "Why didn't you leave it running?????" "Because it was starting just fine!" (for me!)
