In the process of gutting out my car for a full roll cage.
Pulled the (new) battery out to access the firewall to patch it where the fresh air intake was.
Put everything back together and - nothing.
Dead - like the battery isn't even in the car.
Ran a trickle charger overnight and it is still RED this morning.
Tried "jumping it" off another car - nothing.
    Not even a click.
12V test light looks very weak between the terminals.
ANY IDEA WHERE TO START on troubleshooting?
    Thanks
Car is due to be loaded on the trailer on Sunday evening.
Clock is ticking and I'm going crazy.

Have you checked all the under hood fuses, also the ones inside? I know that isn't much help, but it's a start.

Yeah - All the under the hood ones look just fine.
I don't see any related to the battery/power in the inside panel in the passenger footwell.
I haven't pulled every one of them out but with a good light I don't see any indicating they have blown.
    Negative ground cable is solid.
    Positive cables are all good.
I mean all I did was take the battery out and put it back in...
I could almost understand if it was throwing codes, or the battery was low and giving me click-click-click but it as if the battery isn't even connected to the car.
The fusible links next to the battery are suspect but I don't know how to test them and I don't see them offered as a replacement part anywhere.

Car will not operate unless speedo cluster and/or tach cluster are plugged in.
    Sometimes I hate "new" cars.

Yes new cars can be a royal pain. So that was your issue?

Car will not operate unless speedo cluster and/or tach cluster are plugged in.
I had them out because the car is gutted to the firewall for a cage install.
I had the climate control cluster in for the power windows, the starter/key fob in but not the two others.
