Car will not operate unless speedo cluster and/or tach cluster are plugged in.
Sometimes I hate "new" cars.

Yeah - All the under the hood ones look just fine.
I don't see any related to the battery/power in the inside panel in the passenger footwell.
I haven't pulled every one of them out but with a good light I don't see any indicating they have blown.
Negative ground cable is solid.
Positive cables are all good.
I mean all I did was take the battery out and put it back in...
I could almost understand if it was throwing codes, or the battery was low and giving me click-click-click but it as if the battery isn't even connected to the car.
The fusible links next to the battery are suspect but I don't know how to test them and I don't see them offered as a replacement part anywhere.-

I had them out because the car is gutted to the firewall for a cage install.
I had the climate control cluster in for the power windows, the starter/key fob in but not the two others.-

Have you checked all the under hood fuses, also the ones inside? I know that isn't much help, but it's a start.
