At that mileage it's entirely possible to have a failing water pump. The weep hole is located on the lower side of the pump, on the OEM plastic housing pumps the weep hole is centered on a square chunk of brown plastic set in the otherwise black pump housing.
* edit, added a picture for clarity, this view is with the pulley removed and the car on a lift.

It's possible that the pump>block seal is leaking but I've yet to see one of those fail, it's always been the pump itself. If you're going to pull the pump to replace the seal you should replace the pump, the labor is considerably more than the part, no sense in taking a chance.

Thanks so much to everyone for such quick responses. I am still looking into it and have thus far only found that it is on the passenger side of the car and what I "think" is the water pump has antifreeze on the bottom of it . I wipe it off and it reappears fairly quickly. I am still trying to see where it is coming from but am having some difficulty seeing past the mounts on the top next to the fender. Trying to use a camera to better inspect.

So I was able to see that there is no leakage from the hole on top of the water pump and it appears to be spinning without issue, however it looks like maybe the leak is a gasket? Can't tell too much yet but is this normal or is there possibly something I am missing?

Thank you all so much for all of your help. It appears that it is in fact going to be the water pump unless there is any way that the thermostat could be leaking onto a midway point of water pump. The photos and diagrams have been an amazing help. Thanks so much and will let you know how it turns out.

AnsonIvan, I have seen numerous people ask about thermostat housing and I started hoping that possibly this was the case as it is so much cheaper, however, it appears on my (wife's) car that the thermostat housing is on one end of motor and the water pump is on the other (passenger) side. Is this the case or am I completely missing the boat. I have checked all over the motor for hoses, clamps, leaks elsewhere but keep ending up exactly at the picture you placed with no evidence of leak above the water pump but drops forming at bottom rear bolt. I have seen also on other sites people saying it may just be the seal? It doesn't just leak a couple of drops, it leaks a lot of drops, enough to puddle and run.

Thanks so much. That was my thinking on it as well but didn't want to jump ahead and miss something completely. Is there any place that is better or perhaps a place NOT to order from for the water pump and gasket?

eMINIparts was the perfect place to get my parts and once the water pump was changed, no more problems!!! EXCEPT... Now my alert, warning light shows car on lift in red with brake illuminated.... brakes work fine, disconnected battery briefly to reset however it remains....

Crashton thanks!!! That will help immensely I am sure. What causes this light or warning to come on in the first place? Brakes work fine and haven't noticed any obvious issues with braking system except for the warning light coming on.
