    i haven't done it yet, im come what confused if i need to, i did a 19mm rear, and so not sure if i need it. what are your thoughts?

    I'm with you, from what I've researched, larger front is best for track use with coilovers. That said, I'm sure others will dissagree. For my driving, a front sway (bigger) doesn't seem necessary.

    I made it to MA awhile back.

    Personally, unless your going to be a track rat, a front sway upgrade is not necessary.

    It does depend on where you start with a suspension.

    I have the 19mm Hotchkiss rear sway, when I put on the TSW Linear Springs for the R56, I had to back the bar to it's soft setting.

    Also, depends on wheels and tires used, lighter is better, you guys can do 15s, the R56 struggles to find a 15 and then you would need coilovers to bring the height down.
