For the lights. On the left front a-arm is the sensor that tells the light where to point (up and down). I has a small plastic arm to sense suspension travel it could be broken or maybe it is unplugged.
The other problem sounds like a bad wheel speed sensor. Most of the time it is the front left.
Have the codes read and try clearing them and see witch ones come back.
