Couple of days ago I hit a pothole that caused the cabin light cover to fall off. Do I need to re-connect something or just snap that back in place [seems the two seat belt warning [?] indicators aren't working]?

Also the side I hit the pothole the headlight now shines the high beam instead of the lower intensity beam. I think it's intermittent [meaning it returns to low beam afterawhile] but not sure. Anyone ever have this happen?

EDiT: I think the one beam just needs adjusting because the HB indicator is not lit.

What year is your MINI? Halogen or Xenon lights?

Possibly the bulb was knocked loose in the socket. Reseat bulb & motor on. Watch those giant potholes.

Ih ave seen the inside of the headlight break and it will allow the bulb to move around inside the housing. Check inside make sure you can't move the bumb freely it should be snug and secure. Happens a lot here in New England. We have some monster potholes.
