It looks great from the side and rear. The front is a little too angular for the curves on the flanks, but the prototype is really cool.

I wish they'd grow a pair and build it.

Knowing Toyota (and their dealer network), the production version will be available in 14 different shades of beige and refrigerator white, all with manditory CVT and marshmallow springs.

    First fire this guy....
According to global marketing chief Masahiro Moro, finding the business case for a new coupé is already proving tricky. “I just don’t see the right numbers in the equation yet,†he said.

    Then make it happen....
I like what the F86/BRZ has started with the other manufacturers....

I'm pretty sure I could capture 6-8 groundhogs in all those front-facing cavities, and keep on driving.

I was thinking more along the lines of, That's great, as long as you're into the ole "fist up the exhaust pipe" thing.

(Don't cringe, you know you were thinking it too....)

Interesting. Is it gonna be a dyno queen like the old one? Looks pretty spiffy though.

Wow... that front overhang is NOTHING! Beautiful in profile (though I'm not much for the shape of the side profile glass... don't know why)

The approach & departure angles look good. The break over angle not so much. It will high-center on a dead squirrel.

Toyota needs a car like that. The 370Z needs some competition.

Meh... Not as good looking but it would be nice to see them bring back the Rx-7.

Indeed. I always liked the look of the old RX-7, more specifically the 94 era. Ohhh boy that is one snazzy car!

I would shank a ***** to get a good price on one.

It looks good and would fill the gap between Toyota's FR-S and LFA.
