Hoosiers 225/40r17 are 9 inches of tread

    Yep and they fit, kinda. Only have 2 more weekends of autocross left. Can't wait to test these out.

    I don't know how stiff your suspension is but I'd be willing to bet you are gonna get some rubbing on the outside tire during turn-in. Keep an eyeball on those fenderwell guards.

    I actually rubbed the inside rears. Ended up with 11mm spacer in the rear. There A7’s

    How did you rub the inside rear tire on turns? The suspension in that corner would be under less load than driving straight.

    Did you mean outside rear?

    The inside of the tire rubbed on the trailing arm. My wheels are only 8 inches wide and I probably should have gotten that 9 inch wide wheels.
