We have the Hotchkis lower rear control arms on both my Clubman and the kids MCS. On his MCS the rear arms started squeaking a few months ago. We've kept them lubed and greased. Anybody else had this issue? What other control ams are y'all running?

I used Hotchkis with no problem. What type of grease are you using? Are you using a silicone based waterproof grease, such as Super Lube or Green Grease?

I find that those control arms also corrode mercilessly, making subsequent adjustment impossible. There are bushing rebuild kits (I have them in stock) for the bar ends, or you could heed my shameless plug, and get a set of Helix Control arms.

Installed hundreds of these without any issue, even had customers not grease them without noise. I'd make sure that is where your noise is coming from. Do you have an aftermarket sway bar?
