    Jim, I am now directed to get on the "no gain weight" program after my visit to the MD this week. Rat's....it's oatmeal and fruit again :mad2:

    What's everyone think about getting together next Saturday Morning 4/9 for an Un-O-Fish Oil welcome breakfast to introduce Nathan to Columbus? Location to be determined, but normal 8:15 start time.

    Nathan, are you up for some MoM food?
