    You'll wish you did this today ...

    After 2 days with wind chills as low as -30, the mercury hit 43 late this afternoon. The roads were mostly dry, but the forecast was for snow in about an hour and the temperature was falling fast. Plus, the high for the next 3 days is supposed to be 8, with 3 more subzero nights. :mad2:

    So, of course I headed for the automatic touch-less carwash and blasted away a month's worth of gray winter muck. No one else was around, so I went to the drying and vacuum area and executed two full-lock left and two full-lock right circles to drain the water out of the mirrors and off the grill, bumpers and doorsills. (I hate it when water trickles down the doors and fenders.) :Thumbsup:

    Someone's probably going to wonder what kind of aliens created a pair of perfect water circles on the concrete. :devil:

    Yeah, that went through here a few hours ago, now it's mid teens, a lull in stuff falling from the sky, but looks like we are going to get smacked with some snow shortly.

    Got the first round of stuff shoveled, just waiting to deal with the next round.

    The excitement here is incredible. We're waiting to see if we set an all-time record for the lowest high temperature in March (1 degree). Tonight, we'll set a new record low for sure, -13 to -17. :mad2:

    Top's down for good now. Drove out this morning, overcast and 29°. Only time it will go up now is if the co-pilot whines louder than the SC...or it starts raining really hard.

    First day of spring, and things are looking up... 65 Today, got plenty to do in the garage after work too...

    Put small tires back on the Jeep for E-test, dig out all the parts I am taking to the Dragon to sell, find a place to stash the new temporary engine until I can install it, maybe get some more primer on some parts of the body... It never ends!

    I thought we were done with winter too. A couple of days ago, we had a 55-degree temperature swing from 78 to 23. Now there's snow in the forecast for tomorrow. :mad2:

    Maybe I can cause a climate shift by starting a "How hot is it?" thread. :crazy:

    How cold is it? It's cold enough to freeze stuff that freezes at 70°.
