Nice sunny day here. The snow has melted & oh man we are up to 45. The polar bears are headed back north. Life is good on my part of the glacier.
Was in the mid 60's yesterday, 70's today! Got some work done in the garage, and took the doors off the Jeep... Its been all closed up all winter and needed aired out.
Just when I thought it was time to shut down this thread, it snowed last night. At least I got the car washed this week, while it was in the 60s. AAAAAAAAARGH!!! :mad2: There, I feel better now.
Taking the top and doors back off the Jeep today... Putting them back on tomorrow... Supposed to go from 70's to snow again Tuesday!
Top's down for good now. Drove out this morning, overcast and 29°. Only time it will go up now is if the co-pilot whines louder than the SC...or it starts raining really hard.
Valid suggestions both, but... We started out in drophead coupes 'bout 45 years ago and were good to go in all weathers. Post menopausal co-pilots however are not like ordinary co-pilots so the heater only goes so far. My first drophead had holes drilled thru the floorboard so the rain could drain out. It suffered from Lucas, lord of darkness, so water didn't make any difference anyway but '06 electronics don't enjoy such a sense of humor.
