We live in Tucson and this morning when we got up we saw snow for the first time in the 15 years we've lived here. I guess it wasn't that bad since it was all gone by noon.
It was so cold when I left work at 4:30 pm yesterday, that when I started the Mini, it went into limp mode, lit up the dash and wanted to die. Wouldn't rev above 2K and zero power. After running very poorly for about a minute, I turned it off and then restarted and everything seemed ok. Had a bit of a rough start this morning, but no problems getting going.
Remote start.... FTW Had this added to the Expedition for my wife... Came standard on the Exployer along with heated seats... Car sits outside... These come in real handy...
Put the battery tender on last night. Since I have driven my car in a number of days I don't want the cold to zap the battery. -7 this morning
