I went to start the wife's S today and the fricken doors were frozen shut! :mad2: Damned cold weather...fortunately, mine started right up and we tooled around it it this afternoon...a bumpy ride, what with bad struts, but we got around ok.
That happened to my son's car 2 weeks ago. He had to pry it open with a key. no worries about the paint on that old better.
Might need to dip into the MINI modding fund to pay the next natural gas bill... ...on the other hand, who needs all that food?
It's really cold outside today.....the thermometer said "Too Cold for this, Move to Florida"......brr
I've got a spare space heater.... You have a CF steering wheel.... Even trade? Oh, and I'll overlook the fact it has a flat spot on the bottom....
It was 2* this morning on the way to work, seat heaters on their lowest setting - thank god for those - by the time I got to work there was almost lukewarm air coming from the dash vents! Saturday it's supposed to be mid-40's again...crazy weather!
It's so cold, my corneas froze, I saw an F56, and for a split second I thought it looked nice. Then they thawed, and reality set back in, along with uncontrollable urge for a cathartic projectile emesis.
-15 F at waking this morning in Minneapolis. The dogs were bouncy when they were outside but wanted back in more quickly than usual. Muzzles were frosty. Eldest son let me know the R53 didn't start today so I may have to do a rescue if it still won't pop off on Friday (which may hit +30 F). Only -4 at the moment. Balmy baby
The forecast calls for -9F here in Columbus Monday night.... Stay nice and warm peeps.... I think I'll try throwing some hot water outside to see if I can make snow... If so I'll be the Boss..... Ha... Call me Father Nature...
Careful about throwing boiling water outside to make snow. Lots of people have been going to the hospital doing that because the wind blows the boil water back in the face and they get burned. I know you would not do the MM but others may try this and get hurt.
I found this out to be true many many years ago... Something about pissing in the wind....Or was it about making sure you always got your drinking water far enough upstream...
Hey Chuck. Hows abouts thowins somes dounts oils outs intos the winds = DONUTS!!!! :donut1::donut1::donut1:
