I have an Audi, a MINI and a Jaguar, hows that for being a glutton for punishment?
I don't think the survey is about what you all are thinking, it's not saying which car is better, it's talking about brand awareness that's all. A lot more people are going to be aware of a Camry or Accord, than a MINI...because there are about 10 billion more of them out on the roads.
Which is OK by me, I like driving a car that isn't the same as everyone else's.....obviously!
At any rate, like Helix says, who cares?
It's pretty clear we don't......
I also don't understand the FIAT hate here, but I think it's kinda like the term stealership and the old Lucas complaints, more just anecdotal and cutesy than fact based.

N2MINI MINI of the Month
Sadly I think more and more of the MINI sales are going to people who consider them to be justa cool commuter... The average age of the MINI buyer is raising.. as per my local MINI dealership.

Furin cars FTW! :cornut:
N2MINI sadly MINI's are reaching JAC staus with many folks. JAC? That's just a car.:nonod: Not sure that age has anything to do with it, at least old age. I pass many MINI's driven by people 1/2 or 1/3 my age & when I give them a wave I get a look of wonderment from them. I guess they justa don't get it or maybe the sight of a happy grey-beard in a MINI confuses them.:biggrin5: Most of the waves that get returned are from folks of an older vintage. Go figure? -

True Zipy & I was one that said that often. Being as so much time has past I'd figure FIAT's are better than they once were. How much so, well the jury is still out???

Our local Fiat guru is named Tito, so I would be Fix It Again Tito, around here.
I used to have an Audi and I'd take it to Helmut's German Auto Repair. Helmut was a five foot tall Vietnamese guy, it even said so on his coveralls. He really knew his way around an Audi though!
