I think we need to recognize that not only did the superb M/A Calendar arrive with no lame excuses, but its creator performed most of the supporting administrivia whilst laid up or restricted to a hospital gown, no doubt shuffling along and pushing an IV bag stand at times, then embarking on a rigorous physical therapy regimen; later with ribs wrapped in bandages, and all the while under the influence of mind-altering pain killers, at times necessitating calls for local assistance just to lift and move materials... ...and yet here we are, all holding and extremely happy with our product. Such a contrast in business sense.
Just my two cents - sounds like it was altogether very poorly executed. Great idea, just don't let people who don't know what they're doi by handle it. I know the girl who was kicked out, she was for the month of August and she's actually really pretty. Ironically, it was Kelli's "executive" decision to get rid of her. Kind of odd how Kelli suddenly has two months, but that's not my business. Also, how do you wait until a day before it goes to print to realize you didn't get someone's release yet you've been using their photos for advertising for the "teaser" pics??? I'm a little confused by all of this. If there was a Motoring Alliance calendar with sexy women, I would gladly volunteer myself to be in it.
Thanks for the vote of confidence. It does help to buoy the spirit. To set a few things straight. Ribs are no longer bandaged. They want you to breathe, cough, laugh and sneeze. I appreciate all the help in lifting and moving stuff. Y'all have been rather tolerant of my not quite hasty manner this year. I sure do appreciate that too. But this thread isn't about me or my business practices, it is to point out what a farce MC2 Magazine has become.

It wasn't even his idea!!!!! Don't give him that credit. It was Kelli Creighton's after someone else suggested it to her on that stupid LXM facebook group. She just approached Barry when she couldn't handle it alone.
Arghh..... It gets worse. Be a good thing for MA to step up and do next year. I'd finally break down and buy one if it was helping someone. It is a good charity idea.

My model release is real simple. I ask permission first. The terms are a calendar, shipped anywhere in the world. More can be ordered at the lowest presale price at anytime by that person, shipping is always included. Hmmm, they were able to sell about 1000? Considering there was no NAM calender this year, the price is lower and it was pimped really heavily all over facetweetagramtrister that sucks. With a hella lot less promotion M/A has moved 496 this year. There are 4 left folks....
