There's a new (to M/A) how-to article up in the Library. It was put together by Octaneguy with lots of pics and written to be useful to even beginner, novice wrench turners.

    Check it out here:

Thanks Steve and Thanks to Ron for posting

I went from thinking I could do this to definitely going to do it when current pads give out

    caliper tool

So I went to my local auto zone and advanced auto tonight to "rent" their tool and guess what.... It didn't fit. The pins were either too far apart or too fat to fit in. Where does everyone get the tool?

Thanks Erika. Went today and eventhough they didn't have the kit you were talking about they had an even BIGGER one (that I used 2 parts of) that worked like a charm.

Now I have a really dumb question. I replaces the sensor wires and low and behold... The light is still on. is there a reset I'm missing or is it and ID10T error that I made some where along the way like not securly pluging the wire in completely?

I could be wrong but I seem to remember the sensors only provided new data every 3 ignition cycles. On my old r50 the light stayed on for a couple start ups but eventually went off.
