Baron MINI on KC has been excellent over the 9 years and 2 cars I've bought from them.

5's across the board.

 

I've got to give two-thumbs-up to Sewell MINI of Plano, Texas.

I bought my 2007 CooperS used from a Mazda dealer, and MINI of Plano treats me like I'm their best customer.

 

I've used Princeton Mini and Mini of Mount Laurel to do (warranty) work on both of our Minis, and they've been great so far.

MoML got me in on a Saturday without an appointment to address the oil pressure solenoid harness leak on the GP - every other dealer in the area said they couldn't do that on a Saturday.

At Princeton Mini recently, I stopped in to have some rear suspension noise checked - and while their diagnosis wasn't correct, they at least didn't charge me a diag fee. And they washed the car! I had no problem buying the rear sway bushings from their parts department for that.
