We have had a rough week here. I lost a sister, and Lois lost a brother a few days latter. Both were very sudden, and it's like trying to shovel air dealing with it. Lois's brother owned a 07 MCS. The a/c stopped working last week, so on Thursday I took it to the dealer to get it fixed. I explained the situation to Rick, the service manager, and he not only replaced the condenser which had a rock hole in it, which he wrote up as a cracked seam, he also accelerated the next maintenance service by a couple of thousand miles, replacing brakes, oil change, and a bumper to bumper check of the whole car. He asked me the secret code question about the timing chain so that also got taken care of. Without even asking he put me in a loner, and said the paper work can wait. When I picked up the car the next day, Rick dealt with me ahead of others that were there ahead of me, it had been cleaned inside and out, and I could "tell" the rest of the staff knew what was going on. Rick has always taken very good care of us, but when your car dealer steps into the fold of helping and supporting you like family and friends, it is truly special. Mark
