I'd say if you are going to the trouble to dissemble to replace the burned out lights, yep do them all while you are there.
This the part with the burned out bulb? Looks like you'll need to preform surgery on this and probably solder in some bulbs. I'd bet they are directly on the circuit board.
Yep that is the one. I kind of thought that is was not a simple bulb swap. It certainly can wait, aside from looking a bit goofy at night everything works.
