How quickly you forget, I was over on the sewing site when you launched On Whore-izon, helping with product development. I've since moved on with further developments of my own projects although I do have some of the original products still in storage, now at 50% off of any vendors advertised price.

 

Isn't the HEperlocity booster the Chinese-made knockoff? I ordered one on eBay for half the price of your HYperlocity model, even though I know how much time, energy and money you spent developing a new and unique product for the Mini community, and how many years you've been supporting us.

I know I'm late to the party but I have to say that this thread is hilarious.

 

If you think I'd let you Nit Wits run my meat through your refurbishers your crazy..ut: I'm talking about the roaster itself, it was clearly stated in the warranty statement that there was a lifetime warranty or whenever my credit card transaction had cleared, well I'm still alive so I want my roaster fixed...:incazzato:

What setting do I have to set the Hyperlocity Throttle Booster on to roast my pork hip? Is there a setting for Smoked Meat?

 

I highly recommend a slow cook on that piece of pork... maybe get one of those Subaru Mini wannabes. I believe the Mini engine, even without that awesome piece of machinery (Hyperlocity Throttle Booster) would run too hot and make the pork tough. With the booster... heck...do you like eating charcoal bricks?

This depends on what Gen you have, and whether it is an S or a Justa.

Both 1st and 2nd gens seem to take about the same amount of time. The 1st gen S takes a little longer, as there is some venting out the scoop(chimney)

On the 2nd gen S, the turbo really speeds up cook times, and it really depends on which chimney is installed.

I've got on '06 "S" should I leave it all day to roast then?
What would happen if I plug the Hyperlocity Throttle Booster right up to the Pork Hip???
Should I use a low setting or a high setting???

 

Depends, dry rub, or basting? Never plug the Booster into pork, but it will work on a turducken.
