    Down side is black is hot, shows every little ding and needs washing almost hourly. Up side, the damn color looks awesome when it's shined up and looking good! Congrats! We need pics!

    Yea, tell me about it. i use to buy nothing but black cars, when I was younger and in better shape to constantly tend to them. :biggrin5:

    PLUS, this new one is going to live outside....all the time! Only 2.5 garages...The R60 and Z06 are permanent garage dwellers...so, it's going to look rough quite often during the bad weather months around here.

    If I had been in a position to buy it late last year when you could still build them, I would have gone with a Chili Red body and roof.

    But, waiting til now did get me $2,000 off sticker.,

    I will post up some picks when I get it home...planning to fly to Chicago a week from Saturday and drive it back....assuming there is no snow, of course!

    Ha, yes indeed, but I am out of garage space! I did try them in fact. However, the Louisville, KY dealer was LISTING their GP2 at $35,500, and that's before any haggling would have taken place on my part, so that's probably where I would have gone, plus there are only 3 hours from me...
