Have you seen those crazy looking things on the backs of German Touring cars? This almost reminds me of those...on a much smaller level of course...

 

They even provide a step, which would help to climb into the MINI. :cornut:

Konigseder basically does. You just have to get over the ugly bumpers that they molded onto them. I always thought it was heavily DTM inspirted minus the rear arch venting.

The photoshop I did since no one on MU believed me when I said that I thought the konigseder kit had some merit with a little tweaking





And the street version (no ricer spoiler)

 

And these R56's are only about a step behind that mk6 in terms of race aero fabrication. Some very nice wide arches and such.

The car was an understeary pig with those giant tires on the rear. I told him he should switch them so the wide tires are up front.

I agree though, the konigseder arches with a little more square to their shoulders would be awesome

 

That DTM or JGTC look is excellent. Love the aggressive stance it gives the cars. Surprised there aren't a bunch of these for MINI's.
