    Unfortunately no they don't interchange. Nor do the rotors or any of the brake stuff.
    There might be a possibility of changing out the whole assembly as the struts are the same upper mounting not sure about the lower arm or steering though have to experiment.
    Then you still have the rear to deal with.
    drilling the stock hubs is a no go as there is not sufficient meat.
