    I was think the same thing. Good glass is quite addicting. I'd guess if he's renting glass it would probably be the good stuff.

    It is an L series with image stabilization. I took it night shooting in DC last night and it was a lot of fun. I will miss it when I send it back, but I just don't have $2,000 for a lens right now, so I rented this one just for the Dragon.
